The best advice is to call us at (262) 284-6221, ask to set up a wedding cake testing appointment. We usually do these on Sundays, but will work around your schedule if needed. The associate will ask you what time and date you would like to set up your appointment for. Like stated, they are usually done on Sundays and last about an hour. They will then ask the bride's name, phone number, and the place of reception. Then they will ask for a sample flavor that you would like. For the sample you can choose one flavor of cake and two fillings. You may try traditional (cake on cake), combination (cake on cheesecake), or cheesecake it is up to you.

Then for the appointment if you have particular colors or you find a certain design in a magazine, online, from a friend, you can bring in a picture if you would like. Otherwise we have a book with many pictures and designs that we have done that our certified decorator will then go through with you along with more details and they will answer any questions you may have at that time. You may then reserve the date of your reception with a non-refundable deposit at that time.
